It is made of high quality 100% wool around the perimeter and a satin material at the top. This is a fez or pillbox style with the central emblem of the red velvet heart with a gold colored bullion embroidery moose head. The left side of the hat has a tassel that hangs down and sways with movement. It has a double row of rhinestones surrounding the top of the tassel.
