Attatched with tiny pieces of metal to form and bend the 3 \"fans\". The Kanzashi is 7\" long. Each \"fan\" is 2 3/4\". Fantastic, hand painted, piece of art. One of a kind. These stick type Kanzashi are called Fubako-gata Kogai. Kogai is especially used for Japanese old-time traditional hair style called \"Nihongami\". All pieces are made from wood and covered by Japanese traditional lacquer, Urushi together with beuatiful Makie decoration. Excellent condition.
