The factory was established in 1935 using French LIP machinery and became the Soviet Union’s premier women’s watch manufacturer. Solid 14K (583) rose gold case hallmarked on the caseback with the Soviet five-pointed star, hammer and sickle, 583 purity mark, and serial number 81077. The warm rose gold tone is characteristic of Soviet gold’s higher copper alloy content.
