Tagged as 22, it actually measures 20.75\" around the inner ribbon band because this is kind of more designed to fit your hair than your actual head. If it was shallower, it would be a true beret, and if it was deeper, it would be considered a cloche, but it\'s kind of right in between. Measuring up over the top curve edge to edge, it measures 10x11\".
